All products are freshly prepared and handmade in our baking studio.
Therefore, we maintain a production time of 2 to 4 working days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Do you want to have the cookies in time for a special occasion? Then order well in advance.
Shipping
We ship your order via parcel post with PostNL. Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days, but please account for possible delays.
Netherlands: standard parcel shipping via PostNL
Belgium: shipping also possible! The costs for this are €10.95
Packaging: Every order is carefully packed with a smile. I always do my best to protect the cookies as well as possible and to pack them like a gift – because unpacking should be a party!
Shipping: To protect the cookies as well as possible during shipping, they are individually wrapped in a soft foam net. This way, they are better protected against bumps and shakes during transit.
Receiving: And then the time has come: your package is on its way! Time to unwrap your gift and, most importantly... enjoy the fresh, lovingly made cookies! Happy eating!
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code.
Pick up
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Great! As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email. You can then pick up your order at the baking studio at Zuidelijke Kanaaldijk 2A, Hellendoorn.
